Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.
While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible and fun. I look at my work as helping people "change healthy eating from have to.... to WANT to!"
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Naked Chocolate for Valentines Day Chocolate Making Kits (local - for class)

If you’d like to take home a chocolate making kit after the chocolate class so you can make chocolates at home for Valentines day, you may reserve one in advance.
The kits will make approximately 50 chocolates and include:
- 16 oz. organic, raw cacao powder
- 16 oz. organic, raw cacao butter
- 11.75 oz agave nectar
- decorative chocolate mold
This fee is in addition to your class fee; please register for class and order kit by 2/4 at the latest to ensure your purchase.
